When should I register?
Register as early as possible, especially if you are reserving a private room or seeking a scholarship. The pre-registration deadline is 1 September 2008. If you register after that date, meals and private rooms cannot be guaranteed.

You can register online, by fax, by mail, or by phone. We prefer that you register online and pay with Paypal.

When do I pay?
You can pay online, by fax, by mail, or by phone. You can pay by credit card or electronic check. Pay early if you are reserving a private room. Private rooms are reserved on a "first come, first serve" basis.

Suppose I pay and then cannot attend the conference?
If you cancel
before 1 September 2008, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel on or after 1 September 2008, there will
be a cancellation fee of $20 per adult.

What do I bring?
Bring linens
(towels, blankets, sheets, pillowcases) (there is a charge
of $15 for linens should you choose not to bring your
own.), soap, shampoo,personal items, swim suits, casual
clothing, etc. Musical instruments and games are welcome.
No skateboards/scooters, please. The rooms do not lock
so do not bring expensive items or high dollar electronics.

What are the accomodations like?
There are
private rooms with 2 twin beds and a bath. These must
be reserved and cost an extra $35 and those who register
for the entire weekend will get first choice. There are
adjoining motel rooms or family cabins (two bedrooms and
one bath) for larger groups. You may request adjoining
rooms or a family cabin, but must pay the rate for two
motel rooms, $60. There are rooms for those with health
issues or handicaps(2 twin beds and a bath) and these
can be reserved without charge. There are dorm-style buildings
available at no extra cost. Register and pay early if
you want a private room, adjoining rooms or family cabin.

Are meals included?
Yes, meals are included in your registration fee. However, if you register after 1 September 2008, meals are not guaranteed. If you require vegetarian meals, note that on your registration form.

Can I just come for the day?
Yes, the daily entrance fee is $45 and meals are $8.50 each. However, to guarantee meals, please register by 1 September 2008.

Will there be a bookstore?
Kayhan Movaffaq, from Oklahoma City, has agreed to set up the bookstore with their inventory. Come see the excellent selection of books.

Why do you need ethnic/racial data?
We have been tasked by the National Spiritual Assembly to keep a general count of the ethnicity of the friends who attend Baha'i schools. We are not looking for specific data from each of the friends, just the total number of attendees in each ethnic category. we appreciate your cooperation.

Will the snack bar be available this year?
At this time
there is the possibilty that there will be one. We will
know more later. This is in addition to the scheduled
meals. He will sell drinks, candy and other items. All
proceeds will go to the Fund.
